The attempt to set a world record in endurance sailing wasn’t merely a physical challenge; it was a crucible for peak mental and emotional states. Seventy-seven hours alone on a small boat demands more than skill—it becomes a profound mental battle against exhaustion, pain, and doubt.
This is where the deep work with frequencies became critical, not just for healing or balance, but for enhancement. I learned to apply specific frequencies precisely: modulating brainwaves to block debilitating pain signals, others to sustain laser-like focus for hours, and still others to tap into reserves of energy when the body screamed for rest. It was a real-time application of tuning the inner instrument to meet an extreme outer demand, proving that peak performance could be consciously accessed and sustained.
The drive to perform also manifested in creation—the ambition to build something innovative, like the prototype for a flying boat. It represented pushing boundaries not just physically, but intellectually and creatively. It’s the impulse to bring the future into the present, to translate vision into reality.
